"Mikhail does the job perfectly. Our neighbour suggested Mikhail to us. He had a good listening ear when we explained the problem to him on the phone. He did not make any false promises and said he would have to first inspect the issue to offer solutions. The issue was a clogged kitchen sink pipe. He gave us an early appointment and was on time for the job. He was very quick and tried two different drain snake machines but the kitchen pipes were very greasy and narrow so he finally had to cut a pipe and clear the block. He did a clean job and finished it in no time. He also changed the sink strainer as the rims were worn out. He made some changes to the pipes so that if there are any future issues we can see the pipes clearly and we will be able to clean them ourselves. He's an expert professional, calm and polite. We had kids running around and distracting him but he was kind and patient with them. After the job was done he cleaned up the place well. His charges were reasonable."
